How to reach RedPay Journal

RedPay Journal is an independent news and sharing site focused on RedPay-style crypto payments, crypto cards, payment fees, and related developments. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any payment provider. We do not publish a direct email address for general contact; please use the comment or feedback channel on the most relevant article, and your message will be handled according to the category below.

Feedback channels by purpose

  • Corrections / fact checks: If you believe an article contains an inaccurate date, price, fee, card feature, or regulatory detail, leave a comment under that article and clearly identify the statement you are correcting. Include a reliable source if you have one.
  • Tips / story leads: If you have information about payment fee changes, card policy shifts, regional restrictions, service outages, or other crypto payment news, comment on the closest related post. Please describe what happened, when it occurred, and whether the information can be made public.
  • Copyright / takedown requests: If your material has been reproduced without permission, leave a comment on the page containing the content or send the request through the site’s general comment form. Identify the work, explain your rights or authority to act, and state what action you are requesting.

Response times and priority

We aim to review correction and copyright requests first, typically within 1–3 business days. Tips and general reader comments are reviewed after verified corrections and rights requests, usually within 5–7 business days. We may not reply to every message, but we will update or remove content when a correction or copyright concern is valid.

Notes before sending a message

Please do not include private account details, wallet addresses, identity documents, or other sensitive information. English is the primary language for responses; clear Japanese-language comments may also be accepted where possible. RedPay Journal does not provide investment advice, and messages requesting trading, refund, chargeback, or customer-service intervention from a payment provider should be directed to the provider handling your account.
