Scope
RedPay Journal is an independent informational site covering RedPay-style crypto payments, crypto cards, fees, settlement issues, and related news. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by RedPay, any payment provider, or any card network. Our content is for information only and is not investment, tax, or legal advice. When fees, limits, availability, or regional restrictions affect a product or service, we disclose them or state that they depend on the user location and provider terms.
1. Source policy
We base factual reporting on primary or verifiable sources: official terms, fee schedules, product pages, regulatory notices, security advisories, court filings, or direct statements from named companies and agencies. When a primary source is unavailable, we use reputable secondary reporting and clearly identify it.
Links to the original source are included whenever a public source supports a claim. If source access is restricted, we say so and provide enough context for readers to verify the information.
We do not reproduce whole passages from other publications. We summarize, paraphrase, and quote only the language needed to support a claim. Direct quotes are attributed and kept short. We do not copy another site structure, phrasing, or conclusions.
Our own analysis is labeled as analysis. Estimates, comparisons, and opinions are separated from verified facts.
2. AI assistance and limits
AI tools may be used for drafting outlines, summarizing source material, improving readability, or preparing Japanese translations from English originals. AI-assisted drafts are treated as working material only.
AI may not be used to invent facts, statistics, product features, fee rates, user counts, dates, quotes, company positions, regulatory status, or security findings. No AI-generated statement is published unless a human editor has checked it against a source.
Factual claims always follow the source, not the model output. If AI produces a plausible but unsupported sentence, it is removed.
Final language, structure, and judgment remain under human editorial control.
3. Human review rules
Every article is reviewed by a human editor before publication. The editor checks source links, dates, product names, fee disclosures, regional availability, risk language, and whether the piece reads as independent information rather than promotion.
Content is returned for revision or rejected if it contains unverified claims, missing sources, copied passages, unsupported AI-generated facts, promotional language without disclosure, claims of official affiliation, or investment advice.
Articles about fees, limits, card benefits, settlement times, or regional restrictions must include a clear disclosure that terms can change and may differ by location or provider.
Translations into Japanese are reviewed for accuracy against the English original. If a translation is secondary, the English text is treated as the primary editorial version.
4. Correction process
Readers can report factual errors, outdated information, misleading links, or source problems through the site contact page. Please include the article title, the statement in question, and a reliable source if available.
We aim to acknowledge reports within three business days. Substantive corrections are usually completed within seven business days after verification, though urgent security or legal issues may be handled faster.
If an error is confirmed, we correct the affected passage and add an editor note. The note states what changed and when. For minor wording fixes that do not change meaning, we may update the page without a visible note.
If a claim cannot be verified, we remove or weaken it. If an article is materially wrong or misleading, we may unpublish it and explain the reason on the contact page or in a notice.
We do not correct readers opinions, but we do correct factual inaccuracies and editorial overreach.
